Shipping Rate

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

HoozimStyle is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to your order. These costs are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hoozimstyle.com as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. HoozimStyle is not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment at your expense.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@hoozimstyle.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.
